"Bobo My Dear, you have always been my inspiration please...remember me, Bobo my love..."

I know I promised an update, but this weekend has been crazy with research and essays and the like. I didn't even get a change to watch the Giants game tonight or Game 2 of the World Series last night! That's how busy with school I've been! Really, good for me that I'm at least semi-focusing (well, other than this).

Anyways, until I'm done everything for the next while (hopefully in an hour or two), I'll just post the latest picture I have of my beloved Bobo. He gets cuter and sweeter with every day that goes by, I swear. He really is the best doggie ever and I just love him lots and lots and lots and lots....

What kind of dog is Bobo? Pug, bulldog, mix?

I left my dog outside overnight last week and still feel bad about it. He's a shepherd/collie/husky/God-knows-what-else mix so he was thirsty in the morning but otherwise okay.

Bobo is an 11 (!!) year old purebred Pug. I've had him since he was about a year old, having adopted him from an elderly couple who supposedly couldn't look after him. I don't see how as he really is the most easy-going and low maintenace dog ever, outside of certain things we've only fairly recently had to start doing since he's getting on in years (i.e. cleaning his teeth and ears).

Our other dog, Suzy, is a purebred English Bulldog who is the same age and we've had since she was a puppy, though she's now living with my sister for the time being (which is a blessing for Bobo, as she pushes him around). Interestingly enough, I didn't initially want to 'adopt' Bobo, as I was sort of jealous he would take attention away from Suzy or something like that. Man, I'm glad I was overruled on that one. He really is the best thing ever to happen to me, I love him oh so much.

And we could never leave Bobo outside for too long, nevermind overnight. He doesn't care much for it, it's always either too cold or too hot or too wet or whatever out there for him. He's slightly spoiled, but that's only because he's such a sweetheart and deserves every bit.

My dog is going on 13, so 11 (especially in a smaller dog) is still a puppy.

I got my dog after he'd been passed around by at least four owners, one of whom was decapitated in a boat accident.
